Everest Fibre cement boards are manufactured from homogenous mixture of ordinary Portland cement treated cellulose fibres, quartz and other select mineral fillers. Cement and cellulose fibres are the principal components in the mixture. Cement acts as a hydraulic binder and cellulose fibres are added to obtain the strength of boards by getting interlocked with the cement and quartz matrices. Everest Fibre Cement products are cured through high pressure steam curing (HPSC), also called autoclaving process and these products are totally non-asbestos and do not contain any asbestos fibres i.e,100 percent asbestos free.Features:
